System Agreement

The Darwin System is an interactive and programmable system suitable for doing DNA/Peptide sequence matching and analysis. The system is presently being developed and maintained by the "Institut für Wissenschaftliches Rechnen" at the ETH Zurich. Although the authors will make the best effort to fix any reported problems, ETH and the authors decline any responsibility for the inadequacy of the program to perform any computation. The system and its documentation are presently distributed in source/object form free of charge. Recipients of the software agree that they will not redistribute the software nor sell/lease it to any other individual or institution. ETH and the authors hold copyright to the Darwin System.
