We are currently working on a benchmark of tandem repeat detectors and tandem repeat scoring functions.
Feel free to download the applied data sets to benchmark a tandem repeat scoring function or to benchmark tandem repeat detectors.
We are also working on the fusion of tandem repeat predictions of several state-of-the-art tandem repeat detection tools. As an example, see the results for the human proteome (Ensemble 64).
