- Current status of the Orthologous Matrix Project
- OMA browser
The majority of projects presented here make use of DARWIN, the interactive programming environment developped in our group, our 300+ CPU clusters, and the data from the currently ongoing OMA project, which involves the analysis of the genome of more than 420 organisms. They are usually expected to lead to presentation in a peer reviewed journal or conference.
